When I have more berries than we can eat before they go bad, I hull, wash and spread them out on a sheet pan. When they’re completely dry I freeze them on the pan.
Once frozen, I put them in a zip-type freezer bag and store them in the freezer. Instead of one big frozen clump, they remain separate, so I can easily reach into the bag to get what I need for making smoothies or ice cream topping.
