I LOVE baking potatoes or sweet potatoes in a Crockpot. Just put them in whole, washed, no water, no foil…and turn it on high. It takes about 2 hours.
I can put them in before I leave for church or town and they’ll be done when I get back. No need to heat up the whole oven.
They’re not crunchy like buttery baked potatoes, but they’re great and so, so easy.
